1. Nature of the Platform

MediPro RX is a clinical decision support tool powered by the Hormonaly.ai evidence engine. The platform provides evidence-graded protocol recommendations, compound information, interaction checking, and clinical note generation to assist licensed healthcare providers in their prescribing decisions for compounded medications.

2. Not a Substitute for Clinical Judgment

MediPro RX is designed to support, not replace, the independent clinical judgment of a licensed prescriber. All protocol recommendations, evidence summaries, and AI-generated content are advisory in nature. The prescribing physician retains full responsibility for all clinical decisions, prescriptions issued, and patient outcomes.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

MediPro RX uses artificial intelligence, including the Hormonaly Helix evidence engine and supporting language models, to generate protocol recommendations, clinical notes, and evidence summaries. While these outputs are grounded in peer-reviewed literature and established clinical guidelines, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You must independently verify all clinical information before acting on it.

4. Evidence Grading

Evidence grades (A, B, C, D) reflect the strength and quality of available literature as assessed by the Hormonaly.ai evidence engine. These grades are informational and do not constitute a guarantee of efficacy, safety, or regulatory approval for any compound or protocol.

5. Prescriber Responsibility

By using MediPro RX, you confirm that you are a licensed healthcare provider authorized to prescribe medications in your jurisdiction. You agree to:

Independently verify all protocol recommendations before prescribing
Review drug interactions, contraindications, and patient-specific factors
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing prescribing
Maintain appropriate patient records and informed consent
Report any adverse events or safety concerns

6. Compounded Medications

Compounded medications available through MediPro RX are prepared by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are prepared on a patient-specific basis. Availability, pricing, and formulations are subject to change. All prescriptions are subject to pharmacy review and may be modified or declined at the pharmacist's discretion.

7. Data Privacy & Security

MediPro RX processes clinical data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Patient-identifiable health information (PHI) is not stored on the platform. De-identified clinical context (age, sex, weight, treatment category) is transmitted to the Hormonaly.ai engine to generate recommendations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with HIPAA and any applicable privacy regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

MediPro RX, Hormonaly.ai, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on information provided by this platform. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from clinical decisions, patient outcomes, or regulatory actions.

9. Service Availability

MediPro RX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI outputs, or availability of any specific compound or pharmacy service. Features, formulary, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification.
